A 22-year-old man has plead guilty to allegations of stealing $36,740 worth of perfume from a business at Gulf City Mall, La Romaine.
Adrian Ramlochan, 22, of Pleasantville was fined $4,000 for the offence, and ordered to pay $16,740 in compensation to C-Change Traders – the store from which the items were stolen.

Similarly, failure to pay the compensation could see the young man face six weeks of hard labour
The $16,740 represents the items which had not been recovered following Ramlochan’s arrest.
The incident allegedly took place in October 2019.
