4.4 Earthquake rocks parts of Trinidad, Tobago

A 4.4 Earthquake has rocked parts of North, North West and West Trinidad and Tobago.

According to the University of the West Indies Seismic Research Centre (SRC), the earthquake struck 64 km North of Port of Spain, 71 km North West of Arima and 86 km West of Scarborough.

The natural disaster struck at 4:41 pm.

The UWI noted that this event has not been reviewed by an analyst. It was automatically located by a seismological computational system, therefore, it is a preliminary result and this may vary when new additional data are processed.
