70-yr-old found dead with head wounds

An autopsy has been ordered to confirm how 70-year-old Kevin Trotman died after his body was found with what appeared to be chop wounds.

His body was discovered around 6.30 am this morning at his home in Sangre Chiquito, bearing what appeared to be marks of violence with wounds to the head. The wounds are suspected to be chop wounds.

Police were told the body was found when friends went to his home. However, they observed a trail of blood from his living room to the back door.

According to reports, Trotman was holding his keys in his hand.

A team of officers led by Insp Simon and Sgt Katwaroo responded.

Trotman was last seen alive at 7pm on Tuesday.
