All Scotiabank branches reopened

Scotiabank has announced that all of its branches are now open to customers.

In a release, the bank confirmed that its Price Plaza, Park and Pembroke Streets and Trincity branches have been reopened to serve customers.

At all branches, the first hour will be dedicated to serving elderly and disabled customers.

The bank has asked that customers respect this dedicated time and visit non-mall branches after 9 am and mall branches after 11 am.

Non-mall Branches            8 am – 1 pm           Monday to Thursday (except Park and Pembroke Streets, which opens at 9 am daily)

Non-mall Branches            8 am – 2 pm             Friday

Mall Branches                   10 am – 3 pm           Monday to Friday

Customers are still encouraged to go into branches only if necessary.

The bank has advised that transactions that can be done via Scotia OnLine Banking, the Scotiabank Caribbean Mobile Banking App and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) will not be facilitated over the counter.

Only the following transactions can be done over the counter at the branch:

  • Cash deposits over $20,000
  • Cash withdrawals over $5,000
  • Wire transfers
  • Limited loan services
  • Purchase of drafts
  • Pay your Credit Card (Customers without deposit accounts only)
