Anthony Bourdain chats with CNN news anchor Anderson Cooper about his experience in Trinidad while filming the T&T edition of 'Parts Unknown'

One of the wealthiest countries in the Latin American region and a melting pot of cultures.

This was the opinion formed by American chef Anthony Bourdain of Trinidad and Tobago, which is featured in his latest episode of travel and food show, Parts Unknown. 

The episode airs tonight. It was previously scheduled to air last Sunday, but due to another London attack, the programme was preempted.

Flow customers, however, will not be able to view feature due to a lack of distribution rights. 

Bourdain noted that T&T was a mix of different cultures, due to migration of people of African, Indian, European, Middle Eastern and Chinese descent, which has led to "fascinating cuisine" and an "interesting" but "stratified" society.

 

"I don't know whether we figured it out, but we tried," he said.
