The five who were killed during a confrontation with police on Thursday night, were all shot multiple times while facing the police.

This was the results given following an autopsy at the Forensic Science Center on Monday.

The autopsy was done by pathologist Dr Hughvon Des Vignes, and will make up the findings of inquiries done by senior officers as well as the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) into any potential wrongdoing by the officers who responded.

On Thursday night, police went to upper Trou Macaque, Laventille, to execute a search warrant on Mechack Douglas, 22, and Shaundell St Clair, 20, in relation to the April murder of Darren ‘Cowman’ King.
