Claire began her journey into nutrition at the age of 6 as the face on the ever popular Catelli macaroni and cheese box. Fast forward some 14 years later, having faced her own health challenges and losing a loved one to diabetes and cancer; her career was moulded significantly by her passion to reduce the burden of NCDs plaguing Caribbean people.

Claire graduated from the University of Westminster in 2013 with a BSc. in Nutritional Therapy and currently works in Barbados at Surfside Wellness Centre as a Nutritional Coach. Claire continues to build her clientele through one-to-one consultations with patients whose wellness goals mainly centre on diabetic management and weight loss.
