Body found bound in Felicity identified Loop News Created : 8 November 2017 Crime The decomposed body of a man found in Felicity on Monday been identified. The deceased is 25-year-old Christopher Paltoo, of Munroe Road, Chaguanas. He was identified yesterday at the Forensic Science Center in St James. An autopsy revealed that his throat had been cut and that there were several other marks of violence about the body. The body, whose hands and feet were bound, was discovered around 9:30 am on Monday, in a bushy area off Penn Road, Felicity. The body was said to be partially decomposed and was clad in a pair of red ¾-length pants and a white vest. The scene was visited by a team of officers from the Central Division and the Homicide Bureau, supervised by Snr Sup McIntyre. Investigations are continuing.
