Caribbean Airlines introduces Webchat and Whatsapp Chat for customers

Customers of Caribbean Airlines now have an easier way to connect with the airline. 

CAL has announced the introduction of Whatsapp Chat and Webchat available to all customers.

In a release, CAL said the Webchat facility is available to all customers via www.caribbean-airlines.com and the WhatsApp Chat is set up for Executive Gold, Gold and Silver Caribbean miles members only.

“The introduction of WhatsApp Chat and Webchat are new channels by which our customers can reach us. We expect that these services will improve efficiency and enhance the way we connect with them. In the coming months we will introduce even more amenities to better the entire travel experience for our customers from the point of booking to post-flight," said Chief Executive Officer, Garvin Medera.

The new WhatsApp Chat and Web Chat services will be available from Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

"Caribbean Airlines is focused on augmenting the customer experience and the airline’s customers can look forward to other new and exciting developments in key areas as 2018 unfolds," the airline said.
