Caribbean blogger to host live podcast on mental health matters
Since dropping the first episode of her podcast In My Head on May 15, Jay Blessed has touched many lives with her raw and relatable topics.
Now, the award-winning Caribbean blogger and creator is taking her show directly to the people with In My Head - The Live Experience.
The show, which was sold out within an hour of ticket release and now boasts a waitlist of zealous followers, will feature a live recording, one-on-one interviews, and audience talkback on various life topics ranging from breaking generational trauma, the psychological relationship with ourselves and others, and even, surviving STDs (Sexually Transmitted Debts)!
The In My Head podcast is rooted in Jay’s passion to promote physical, interpersonal, financial, sexual health and mental wellness that specifically speaks to an audience of African- American, Caribbean-American and Caribbean listeners. Jay addresses taboo subjects and gives a face and voice to sensitive issues, silently and shamefully fought by many.
