Chaguanas bar robbed by 'customers'

Two men robbed a popular bar along Ramsaran Street, Chaguanas, on Wednesday after pretending to be customers.
Loop News understands the men entered the bar around 1.30pm while an 18-year-old waitress tended.
They ordered two beers, however after being served announced a hold-up and robbed the establishment.
Among the items stolen were cash from the day's sales, a Dell laptop, a DVR for CCTV cameras, $800 in assorted liquors, and $1,800 in cigarettes.
The total value of items stolen was said to be over $10,000.
The men escaped the scene and the police from the Central Division responded.

Investigations are continuing.
