Communications specialist to chair 'new' TTT Board

Communications and External Relations Professional Ronda Francis has been named the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors of State-owned TTT Limited.

Francis brings to the role 20 years’ experience in developing and leading social initiatives and government and stakeholder engagement strategies in both the public and private sectors.

Communications Minister Donna Cox on Tuesday presented Instruments of Appointment to the new Board of Directors in a ceremony at the Communications Ministry in Morvant.

The new Board of Directors for TTT Limited are:

While Minister Cox in December indicated that the TTT Board was being reconstituted and not fired, the only returning member of the Lisa Agard-led board is Nadira Lyder.

The outgoing Board included members Karen Lynch, Dr Rita Pemberton, Anthony Bullock, and Dr Jameel Sulimani.

Following the presentation of the Instruments of Appointment, Minister Cox met with the new Board and held a “productive discussion” on the way forward for the State-owned media entity.
