Cops find $18M worth of cocaine in Arouca home

An estimated $18 million of cocaine was seized on Tuesday night during police exercises by Northern Division officers.

The exercise was supervised by Sup Neville Sankar, with assistance from Inspector Birch, and Sgt Pitt, among several others.

The officers, acting on information received, made their way to Davis Street, Arouca, where they executed a search warrant in the presence of two men.

The officers found and seized 13 kilogrammes of cocaine in the house.

As a result of the find, the men were arrested and are expected to be questioned.
