Councillor's house among two destroyed in Sea Lots fire Dareece Polo Created : 18 January 2018 T&T News Fire Officers were on the scene of a blaze which destroyed the home of Councillor for St Anns River South, Allan Samuel, earlier today. Headquarters received a call around 12:37 pm that two homes were engulfed in flames at Concession Drive, Sea Lots. The two destroyed homes were owned by Allan Samuel and Edwin Samuel. Speaking with Loop TT, Councillor Samuel said he was saddened as everything he owned was gone. He mentioned school certificates and important documents for his children and said he would provide an update tomorrow. Fire Officers noted that four other houses were affected. They were owned by Cinthia Griffith, Anthony Mills and Marlon Charles. The owner of the fourth house was not located up until publication. Sources say there were no casualties or fatalities and there has yet to be an indication of the cause of the blaze.
