A heavy lift vessel from Cyprus is due to make its way through Trinidad and Tobago waters early next month.

An advisory from Shell Trinidad & Tobago Limited notified all mariners that the Seaway Strashnov Heavy Lift Vessel will be entering local waters from the northwest on or about September 8 to travel to Chaguaramas.

Then, on or about September 10, the Seaway Strashnov will travel to the Dolphin "A" Platform within the offshore, East Coast Marine Area to conduct the installation of a Living Quarters Module.

Shell advised that this activity will be performed on or about September 11-14.

Following the installation, the Seaway Strashnov will return to Chaguaramas before departing Trinidad and Tobago waters.

For safety reasons, all mariners are strongly advised to give the travel route and the anchored area a wide berth of 1 km.
