Digicel monitoring networks in the aftermath of floods

Digicel has advised their customers that they share the concerns along with the rest of the public for those affected by the floods.

The telecom company says they are continuing to monitor both their mobile and Home and Entertainment networks, which they say have shown resilience in the face of the inclement weather.

Digicel says that the Kelly Village, San Raphael East, Sangre Grande (mobile and Home & Entertainment), Fishing Pond, Aripo, Mundo Nuevo areas that are impacted with service outages are not accessible, but rest assured our engineers are on standby to mobilise at a moment's notice to restore service.

The company has urged the public to please continue to stay as safe and cautious as possible.
