Divali showers? Met Office says 40% chance of rain

The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service is warning of a 40 percent chance of showers and/or thundershowers on Tuesday as patches of moisture continue to drift toward Trinidad and Tobago.
Here’s a look at today’s weather, courtesy the Met Office:
Trinidad and Tobago
Partly cloudy to cloudy spells with intervals of light to moderate showers would interrupt sunshine in varying areas. There is the 40% (medium) chance that some of these showers may become heavy or thundery in a few areas. Conditions would settle by late afternoon despite a few showers at night.
CAUTION: STREET/FLASH FLOODING OR GUSTY WINDS CAN OCCUR IN OR NEAR HEAVY DOWNPOURS OR THUNDERSTORMS.
The remainder of the Lesser Antilles
Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with intervals of light to moderate showers in varying areas. There is the high chance that some of these showers may become heavy or thundery in a few areas. Lingering showers are expected into the night with the low chance of isolated thunderstorm activity.
