ePharm offers delivery via app as well as in-store service
ePharm, a pharmacy based in Central Trinidad, has created a safer environment for customers through its delivery service via its mobile app, in addition to its Freeport store which will be opening in November.
Co-directors Vimal Deonarine and Deepak Lall told Loop News that the service is designed to bring much-needed medication and products to customers at home if they are unable to visit the pharmacy’s physical store, based at The Light, Freeport- a new, modern building easily accessible from the southbound highway (next to the Courts and Unicomer, Freeport branch).
The directors believe that they can provide the empathy needed in face to face interactions while still providing an efficient online service:

COVID-19 is an obvious obstacle for all age groups who could require pharmaceutical services, Deonarine and Lall said that they are committed to curtailing the risk attached to leaving home unnecessarily.
‘Safety and convenience are also at the forefront for our customers. You can also send us your prescription and we can process and have it delivered right to your doorstep!’
With ePharm, it’s about compassion through technology. They believe everyone using the service will quickly become part of their ‘ePharmily.’
Their certified pharmacists can also assist with medication management, complete with personalised vitamin packs designed by their medical experts. Customers can also sign up to have personalized vitamin packs picked up or delivered to their doors each month.
ePharm is also undertaking a green initiative. They will be implementing a re-usable bag and container option for customers to minimize the waste generated. Additionally, the pharmacy is fitted with recycle bins which can also be used by their customers.
The pharmacy is also hosting free health and wellbeing Webinars in the coming months.
