Ex-estate cop killed in bus crash was compassionate, prayerful
The loss of retired Estate Police Officer Judy Reid-Clarke, one of the two women killed in a tragic accident along the Uriah Butler Highway, Charlieville on Tuesday, is “insurmountable”.
So said Minister of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries Clarence Rambharat who remembered the recently retired officer as a woman devoted in all aspects of her life.
In a post to his Facebook page, Rambharat said Reid-Clarke worked closely with him many times and would always offer kind words.
He offered condolences to her children and grandchildren for their loss.
“Our recently retired Estate Police Officer Judy Reid-Clarke was one of the two women killed in Tuesday’s horrific accident. Condolences to Judy’s children and grandchildren for whom this loss is insurmountable.
Judy’s life was anchored in her family, her Church and, until recently, her career. As Judy worked closely with me on many occasions, she would remind me of our mutual connection to Point Fortin and Tobago and always offered a word of prayer and compassion.”
