The family of four found dead in Toco yesterday afternoon has been identified.
The deceased are Barry Choon, a doubles vendor of Second Street, California, his wife Shalini Soodeo Choon, seven-year-old Akeila, and seven-month-old Jacob.
An autopsy is expected to be performed on Monday to confirm the cause of deaths.
Police believe baby Jacob suffocated in the car.
However, the other three victims appeared to have had their throats slashed.
A bloodied box-cutter was found at the scene.
Police do not yet want to declare if this was a case of a murder/suicide or if all four relatives were killed by an unknown party, and they are hopeful that the autopsy on Monday will shed light on the situation.
The four were found dead around 3 pm yesterday in a white Nissan AD Wagon which was parked along Hambug Road, Toco.
