Full military rights for murdered WPC

WPC Raquel Kipps was buried under full military rites following a funeral service at the St. Joseph R.C. Church on Friday.

Her send-off included a 21- gun salute.

Kipps was shot and killed at her home on Sunday by her estranged husband, who then turned the gun on himself. 

The two have a two-year-old daughter together. 

Members of the TTPS executive and colleagues attended the funeral service of the slain WPC, to provide support and comfort for her family and friends.

WPC Kipps was last attached to the Northern Division’s Senior Superintendent’s office.

She was laid to rest at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
