Help needed to identify mystery patient

The North West Regional Health Authority (NWRHA) is urgently seeking assistance in identifying an unidentified patient who underwent surgery at the Port of Spain General Hospital.

According to a statement, the victim was found near the Beetham Highway around 1:30 am on Sunday morning and was delivered by a GMRTT ambulance to the hospital for treatment. 

The patient is described as being of East Indian descent, approximately 30-years-old, slim-built, approximately 75-80 kilograms (165-176 pounds), six feet tall, medium brown in complexion. 

The patient has dark brown eyes, short brown hair, a short neat beard and several tattoos on his body. 

Authorities said the man was wearing black trousers and a black Casio watch when found. 

The NWRHA would like anyone with information to contact the Port of Spain General Hospital at 623-2951 ext. 2600.
