Hilton Hotels will soon make its debut in St Kitts and Nevis.
On Monday, the popular hotel chain announced plans to open its latest property, in collaboration with the Koi Hospitality Group.
Hilton’s vice president of development for the Caribbean and Latin America, Juan Corvinos, said St Kitts has experienced a spike in tourism and is rapidly evolving into one of the most in-demand high-end tourist destinations in the region.
“Now growing at one of the fastest rates in the Caribbean, we recognize the demand for upscale accommodations, intuitive service and authentic experiences in this market. We look forward to providing travellers with a one-of-a-kind experience that can’t be found elsewhere on the island, as we continue to expand Curio Collection by Hilton’s presence globally reaching more than 80 properties” he said.
With 102 rooms, the Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton, is being described as fairly intimate.
Koi, Japanese for love, is situated along Half Moon Bay and adjacent to the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club.
The resort features a full service pool, well equipped gym and spa and the Jaya Ultra Lounge.
CEO of the KOI Hospitality Group, Nick Haque, said “KOI is one of the world’s largest hospitality brands and most iconic, offering memorable experiences in LA, Las Vegas, New York, Bangkok and Abu Dhabi. Our new oasis will retain the same vision of our restaurants with design that appeals to all the senses.”
He said the opening of the St Kitts resort is a dream come true for their ever-evolving brand.
The resort is not yet fully operational, but will be open to the public from January 13, 2020.
