Jean De La Valette on dry dock from Monday

Due to unavailability in the dockyard, the dry docking of the Jean De La Valette has been delayed.

It’s not scheduled to go on dry dock from Monday, January 27.

According to the Inter-Island Transport Company, the vessel is expected to return to service on February 8.

In the interim, the T&T Spirit, Galleon’s Passage and Cabo Star will continue to operate.

The delay has impacted services from February 6 – 8.

The 6am sailings of the T&T Spirit out of Port of Spain on those days have been canceled. Passengers will be accommodated on the 4pm sailings.

By default, the 4.30pm sailings out of Scarborough on those days have also been canceled. Those passengers will be accommodated on the 6.30am sailings the following morning.

Affected passengers are not required to re-validate their tickets.
