Kelvin and Tracy vie for leadership of PNM Tobago Council...again

The Tobago Council of the People's National Movement (PNM) will head back to the polls on February 2, 2020, to elect a new political leader.

This was announced via a tweet by the Deputy Governor of Tobago Development, Stephon Isaac.

The candidates who will be facing off are the incumbent, Kelvin Charles and T&T's Ambassador to Costa Rica, Tracy Davidson-Celestine.

THA presiding officer Dr Denise Tsoiafatt Angus and the Deputy Chief Secretary, Joel Jack, did not qualify.

In 2016, Charles won the leadership of the PNM Tobago Council after going head to head with Davidson-Celestine in very similar circumstances.
