KFC opens 56th restaurant at South Park
The KFC chain of restaurants opened its 56th store at South Park Shopping Center, Michael Rahael Blvd, San Fernando on September 12.
The new restaurant seats 80 people and uses contemporary, clean design lines to give customers a sense of space in a modern setting whilst they enjoy their KFC.
Commenting on the opening, Chief Executive Officer at Prestige Holdings Limited, Charles Pashley, said “the opening of this KFC is the 56th KFC in Trinidad and Tobago and is one of four Prestige Holdings Limited brands that we will open in San Fernando this year. In total PHL will open eight new restaurants in our beautiful twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago in 2016.”

Simon Hardy, Vice President of KFC indicated that with the opening of KFC SouthPark, 40 jobs were created for persons in the area as well as providing more business opportunities to local suppliers.
