Krave celebrates Peruvian Week with celebrated Chef

From March 20 to 25Krave will welcome Chef Artistoteles Brena Jamie as their guest Chef as the Southern restaurant celebrates Peruvian Week.

Chef Aristoteles is a Peruvian native and he helms the restaurant Nazca 21 in Casco Viejo Panama.

Peru has been voted by the World Travel Awards as the Leading Culinary Travel Destination for the last five years straight and Chef Aristoteles and his team at Nazca 21 have been recognised as one of the best Peruvian restaurants outside of Peru.

Chef Artistoteles will team up with Krave’s Executive Chef Dominique Beens to deliver some great Peruvian Cuisine and to deliver some Krave’s signature meals with a Peruvian twist

Chef Dominique is himself a culinary veteran with more than 30 years kitchen experience and 15 years as an Executive Chef. He has not only thrilled Krave’s guests for the past three years but was a leading Chef in Panama and his cuisine is grounded in the best European tradition from his homeland of Belgium and France.

Since opening in 2014, Krave has consistently offered guests cutting-edge cuisine inspired from cultures around the world. The emphasis at Krave is around giving the customer a superb experience which starts with the food but extends to the drinks, the ambience and service.

Krave’s guests can visit multiple times weekly and never eat the same item twice.

According to Managing Director Damion Persad, “This visit by Chef Artistoteles is another first for us and we look forward to continuing our commitment to offering our guests on-trend experiences based on phenomenal food”.

Here are the activities in Krave’s Peruvian Food Festival

Tuesday 20- Steak Night with a difference, including a “Live” station with Peruvian inspired cuisine (Krave’s Steak Night is a la carte).

Wednesday 21 – It’s a Peruvian Seafood Buffet Dinner (This all you can eat buffet is $300 per person including Vat and Service Charge).

Thursday 22, Friday, 23 and Saturday 24 – Guests can enjoy a three-course Prix Fixe meal curated by Chef Aristoteles (This meal is $333 per person, including Vat and Service Charge. This price does not include drinks).

Sunday 25th – Around the World with Krave our Legendary all you can eat brunch is a Peruvian Food Fiesta! (Brunch is priced at $333 per person including Vat and Service Charge).
