Loop Sunday Lunch - Oven Fried Chicken

What's for lunch?

Try this deliciously easy Oven Fried Chicken, courtesy Love and Risotto:

Oven Fried Chicken


1 pound Chicken Tenders

1/2 cup Panko

1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Buttermilk

For the Honey Mustard Sauce

1/2 cup Mayonaise

1/4 cup Mustard of Choice

2 tablespoons Honey


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix the panko, corn flakes, paprika and salt. In a second medium bowl, add the buttermilk.

Piece by piece, dredge the chicken in the buttermilk and then the panko mixture until all pieces are coated. Place the chicken on a greased baking sheet and spray cooking spray on top of each chicken tender. Bake in oven for 30 minutes remove from oven and enjoy!

For the Honey Mustard Sauce

Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix completely and enjoy!
