It is no secret among the event planning community that one of the most challenging aspects of the job often comes down to hiring talent.

From the difficulty of sourcing fresh, varied performers, to ensuring that once engaged, those performers show up on time, beautifully costumed and with a professional attitude, adding talent to your event is sometimes a painstaking process.

Enter the Talent Bank.

On July 21, at the Festival of the Bands, The Lost Tribe launched Talent Bank is a one-stop talent agency and creative consultancy designed to bridge the gap between anyone planning an event and the entertainers who can help take that event to the next level.

Talent Bank re-invents traditional talent and entertainment services and allows clients to build their own show - from concept to creation in fresh and exciting ways.

The Lost Tribe’s inherent collaborative family of artists, performers, dancers, live acts and craftspeople, have a medium in which modern and relevant creative work can be done all year round.

Talent Bank provides consultancy, wardrobe rentals, custom design services and a wide variety of talent acts that fulfil a broad scope of entertainment needs.

Talent Bank Director Valmiki Maharaj explained, "The idea behind Talent Bank is one I've been playing with for a while. Since the inception of The Lost Tribe we have been working on and perfecting our craft and services and growing the concept to this point now. It was a natural progression for The Lost Tribe and I look forward for these new opportunities to work with all the talented performers we have on our team!"

Over 100 performers are already registered with Talent Bank.

The Talent Bank website www.talentbanktt.com will be launched this week. For more information on Talent Bank please email info@talentbanktt.com.
