Chef, author and founder of Goatober, James Whetlor, is coming to T&T
James Whetlor, a chef and author from the United Kingdom, will be in Trinidad and Tobago later this month to participate in events leading up to Goatober.
Whetlor is the founder of Goatober, a month-long celebration of goat meat held in October.
Franka Philip, a journalist and foodie, is bringing Goatober to T&T and will be hosting Whetlor for the official launch on June 26.
Whetlor will also host two workshops while he is here to educate stakeholders about goat meat.
In addition to Whetlor's visit, Philip will host an event called Cuisine Cruisin on June 29 in Santa Cruz, where patrons will walk with their own sides and have a pick of grilled goat, chicken and pork.
