Malabar man left brain-dead after shooting
A 41-year-old Malabar man has been left comatose after he was shot about the head and body on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Marlon Farrel, of Joseph Avenue, Malabar, was found along the Train Line, Malabar, around 1:10 am with gunshot wounds to his head and body.
Police were patrolling the area and upon reaching Joseph Avenue, they saw Farrel lying motionless. He was taken to the Arima hospital for treatment.
Farrel was still alive up to Friday at 9:50 am, however he was deemed brain-dead.
Police are continuing investigations.
