Man in police custody after shooting spree in Palo Seco

A 33-year-old Maraval man is still in police custody following a shooting incident earlier this week in Palo Seco.
The suspect is being questioned in relation to other shooting incidents in the division in recent times.
According to reports, at about 7:15 pm on Wednesday, the suspect allegedly went on a shooting spree in the area, with his targets appearing to be random.
The first victim, a 20-year-old man from Penal, was eating in his vehicle which was parked along Beach Road when he was shot in the stomach. The second and third victim, a 43-year-old man and a 31-year-old man from the area, were standing near the Tacoma Recreational Club when they were shot.
The 43-year-old man was shot in his right arm, while the younger man was shot in both legs.
A Nissan B15 was then seen speeding off.
The police were notified and a vehicle matching the description given was intercepted a short distance away.
