Twenty-five years since its release, Mariah Carey's 'All I want for Christmas is you' is officially No. 1 on the #Hot100 for the first time this week.
Mariah Carey now has 19 career No. 1 hits on the #Hot100, the second-most of all-time after the Beatles who have 20.
The Holiday song from Carey also spends a 38th week at No. 1 on the #Holiday100 chart.
Celebrating the moment the songstress retweeted the announcement by Billboard yesterday and said: "We Did It." She even added her signature butterfly emoji along with a heart, a Christmas tree, a fluffy lamb and a tearful emoji.
This popular holiday song, 'All I want for Christmas is you' was written in 15 minutes and recorded by Mariah Carey in 1994, and has earned over $60m in royalties since its release.
In the UK , the song earns her over $500,000 in royalties every year, according to The Independent; allowing the singer/songwriter to earn millions every year with her combined worldwide royalties.
In 2016 alone, the song was played on Spotify more than 210 million times.
'All I want for Christmas is you' is definitely not Carey's only source of wealth, as throughout her career she has earned a total of roughly $520 million. Her earnings have been mostly from sponsorship deals, record contracts, hits like 'I'll Be There' and 'Hero' and lucrative performances in 'American Idol' costing in the region of $450,000 per episode - and at the end of October, it was announced she'd be earning millions as an adviser on "The Voice", according to CNN.
Looks like Carey will definitely be having a Green Christmas this year.
