Moët Grand Day celebrations hosted at Krave
On June 22, Krave hosted a sparkling dinner as part of the global celebration known as Moët Grand Day.
In honour of the 150th Anniversary of Moët & Chandon’s legendary Moët Imperial, Krave’s Executive Chef Dominique Beens created a four-course meal featuring Moët & Chandon champagnes and even cognac from the world’s premier champagne house.
Chef Beens said, “It was a wonderful opportunity to infuse each dish with the essence of 150 years of celebratory exuberance. Cooking with Moët is an extraordinary privilege!”

Each guest was given a “Piccolo” sized bottle of Moët Imperial and there were also exciting specials on Krave’s popular Moët Mojito, which guests enjoyed all weekend long.
Krave’s owner Damion Persad felt that Krave was the perfect location to celebrate Grand Day.
He said, “Krave is known for its celebration of guests during their special occasions, including specially plated desserts, the occasional sing-along and lots of Moët toasts!”
He also thanked local distributor of Moët & Chandon A.S. Bryden & Sons (Trinidad) Ltd. for giving Krave the opportunity to be part of the legendary celebration.
