MV Cabo Star to be drydocked in September for annual maintenance

The Trinidad and Tobago Inter-Island Transportation (TTIT) Co Ltd is seeking to advise the public that the M V Cabo Star will be taken out of service to undergo its planned annual maintenance programme at the Caribbean Dockyard.

According to a statement, this is expected to commence from September 20 to 30.

The release noted that the arrangement is necessary to enhance the performance of the vessel.

For the 10 days that the vessel will be on dry dock, the Authority has put in place the following contingency measures:

i) Additional sailings of the M V Cabo Star on Saturdays, from Saturday 25th August 2018 to 15th September 2018 at the following times:

 From POS          - 1:00 PM             &             From TGO          - 10:00 PM

ii) Vehicles up to 7000 kgs would be accommodated on the T&T Spirit during the period of the dry-docking;

iii) Sailings of the T&T Spirit on Wednesdays 19th and 26th September, during the dry-docking period, will be scheduled.
