New traffic signals installed on western approach of Sea Lots Overpass

The Ministry of Works and Transport is advising the general public that traffic signals have been mounted on the western approach of the Sea Lots Pedestrian Overpass.

Motorists are asked to stop at the designated stopping area with the stop line and not at the newly installed signals that are suspended on the walkover.

They are further asked to observe all signage whist exercising due care and attention.

The Beetham Highway was closed to all vehicular traffic over the weekend to facilitate the placement of the Sea Lots Pedestrian Overpass superstructure.

The Highway was reopened on Sunday night.
