Not so fast Exodus; Pan Trinbago to meet on change of song

The Pan Trinbago executive and the Panorama committee will meet today at 2 pm to discuss Exodus’ change of song.

Pan Trinbago President Beverley Ramsey-Moore told Loop that they will be meeting to discuss the band’s decision after which they will inform the band if they will be allowed to change their song.

Exodus on Tuesday announced that they will be dropping their initial selection Rag Storm, which they played for the preliminary and semi-final rounds of judging, in favour of Savannah Grass.

Asked if this was ever done before, Ramsey-Moore said she was told that it was done in 1972 but she is treating with the 2019 rules which state that where the rules are silent, the executive and Panorama committee will make a decision.

This is a developing story.
