Officers in Pollonais kidnapping still in custody

Two police officers who were detained following the kidnapping of Natalie Pollonais are still in custody.

Loop was told that the officers, along with two other men, said to be a labourer and a contractor, are being meticulously questioned by officers of the Anti Kidnapping Unit.

They are even being held in separate areas.

Pollonais was kidnapped at about 11.30 am on September 6, shortly after leaving the C3 Complex in San Fernando. Her white BMW  was later discovered that night by police on Cypress Boulevard, Union Hall.

The mother of three was nowhere to be seen. 

Four days later, she was rescued by police while being moved to another location.

Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith said that no ransom money had been paid.
