The action follows the Extraordinary General Meeting at which the membership voted to dissolve the executive and install an interim committee.

The Central Executive is contending that the meeting was against the constitution as were the actions taken.

The matter will come up for hearing on Friday, April 27 before Justice Boodoosingh in the Port-of-Spain High Court.
