PCA investigating police killing of Enterprise man

The Police Complaints Authority (PCA) has begun an investigation into the shooting of Allan Muhammed by members of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
Muhammed, who was believed to be a member of the Unruly Isis gang, was killed in Crown Trace on the morning of February 7.
In a release, the PCA said Pursuant to Section 26 of the Police Complaints Authority Act, Chapter 15:05, it has, on
its own initiative, commenced an independent investigation into the incident.
