Award-winning Peruvian chef, Chef Artistoteles Brena Jamie, will return to Krave next week for the restaurant's second Peruvian Food Festival. 

From March 19 to 24 Krave will host Jamie for the second year as their guest Chef to thrill guests with his delicious dishes. 

Jamie is a Peruvian native and he helms the successful Nazca 21 restaurants in Panama. He and his team at Nazca 21 have been recognised as one of the best Peruvian restaurants outside of Peru.

In 2018, Chef Ari, as he is called, thrilled diners at Krave with classics such as Lomo Saltado, Ceviche and Causa Limena.

A Passion Fruit Pisco Sour

Krave’s Belgian Executive Chef Dominique Beens is himself a culinary veteran with more than 30 years kitchen experience and 15 years as an Executive Chef.

Since coming to Trinidad and Tobago five years ago Chef Beens has successfully created international cuisine rendered for the “Trinbago” palate. Krave has become a go-to destination for those seeking special culinary experiences.

Chef Ari will team up with Chef Beens to deliver some great Peruvian Cuisine and some of Krave’s signature meals with a Peruvian twist.

Here are the activities in Krave’s Peruvian Food Festival

Tuesday, March 19 – Krave’s Steak Night is one of its most popular services and Chef Aristoteles is introducing some Peruvian specialties to add to the a la carte experience. This dinner will include a “Live” station with Peruvian Inspired cuisine.

Wednesday,  March 20  – It’s a Peruvian Seafood Buffet Dinner (This all you can eat buffet is $350 per person including Vat and Service Charge).

Thursday, March 21 – A Peruvian Lobsterfest! Krave’s guests can enjoy dishes from its recent Lobsterfest with Chef Aristoteles adding signature Peruvian flavours and dishes.

Friday 22 and Saturday 23 – Dinner Guests can enjoy a three course Prix Fixe meal curated by Chef Aristoteles (This meal is $375 per person, including Vat and Service Charge. This price does not include drinks).

Sunday, March 24 – Around the World with Krave, the award-winning all you can eat brunch is a Peruvian Food Fiesta! (Brunch is priced at $333 per person including Vat and Service Charge).
