Celebrities took to the catwalk last Tuesday to model Ecliff Elie's latest line, Prima Volta.
Soca artists Fay-Ann Lyons, Bunji Garlin and Sekon Sta; entertainers Rodey, Sunny Bling and Jason Williams; cricketer Rayad Emrit; and sprinter Jenue Gordon all donned the Italian-inspired suits for the launch.
Elie patterned the suits after his trip to Italy where he took a workshop and toured several cities.
The suits, mainly in varying shades of blue and black and white patterns were presented in tropical wool terylene and wool.

The Italian influence was seen in the collars of the shirts, the cut of the suits and the type of shoes and shirts used.
Elie said he wanted to put an Italian finish to his suits since many people request Italian suits but to adapt the look to Caribbean men, he paired the suits with patterned shirts.
Prima Volta is available at Ecliff Elie's store on Rosalino Street, Woodbrook.
