Police to arrest two suspects in Paramin man's murder

Two men are expected to be charged with the murder of Donald Marcano who was killed last month.

The accused also face charges of kidnapping, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.

According to police reports, around 9:30 pm on October 24, Marcano was in the living room of his Hilltop Avenue home with his 7-year-old son when relatives heard several explosions.

Upon investigating they found Marcano bleeding from multiple gunshot injuries.

Two men were seen fleeing from the porch.

On November 4, a 39-year-old man who was being questioned by Homicide Officers in relation to the murder jumped from the eleventh-story window at Riverside Plaza.

He remains in a critical condition at the Port of Spain General Hospital under police guard.
