Police destroy three more marijuana fields in Toco

Just one day after destroying $13.5 million in marijuana in a Toco forest, an additional $4.2 million in marijuana trees and cured marijuana were destroyed by officers of the Organized Crime and Intelligence Unit, during a marijuana eradication exercise Thursday.

During the exercise, officers proceeded to forested area at Mission Village, where they discovered three marijuana fields with approximately 4,200 fully grown trees.

They also found three kilogrammes of cured marijuana.

The trees and the cured marijuana were subsequently destroyed.

On Wednesday, officers destroyed three fields containing 13 hundred fully grown marijuana trees, along 54.4 kilogrammes of cured marijuana in the district.
