A vehicle which was stolen at gunpoint in Carenage has been recovered.
According to reports, a 34-year-old man from Malick was robbed by three armed men around one am on Friday.
The victim was unharmed in the incident and made a report to police.
Officers of the Besson Street Police Station, led by W-Inspector Powder, Cpl Kennedy and Cpl Marcellin conducted inquiries and received key intelligence, which led them to the Boxhill Trace, Laventille community, where they were able to recover the vehicle.
Police said the vehicle, a Hyundai Tucson, was completely intact.
It was dusted for fingerprints and eventually returned to the owner.
