R&B singer Ashanti pays courtesy call to Tobago Tourism Division

Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter, Ashanti, along with her mother and manager, Tina Douglas, paid a courtesy call to Secretary Nadine Stewart-Phillips at the Division of Tourism, Culture and Transportation's head office in Scarborough today. Secretary Stewart-Phillips presented Ashanti with gifts that included handmade leather sandals by local designer Ted Arthur.
Ashanti performed at the recent Great Fete Weekend event and has extended her stay in Tobago to experience all that the destination has to offer.
