Regus celebrates its first anniversary in Trinidad & Tobago

Regus, the leading global provider of serviced offices is celebrating its first anniversary in Trinidad & Tobago. To mark the occasion, Regus has launched a special anniversary offer.

Stephanie Quesnel, General Manager of Regus in Trinidad & Tobago stated, "We are very excited to be launching this special offer to mark our first anniversary. If a new client takes office space with us at Regus for six months or more, they get three extra months absolutely free. In simple terms, this means if a client signs up for six months they get nine months for the price of six.”

The Regus business centre located at Level 2 of Invader’s Bay Tower (BHP Billiton building) in Port of Spain boasts a combination of office space, meeting rooms, co-working facilities and business lounges. With 60 offices of varying sizes, two meeting rooms, including a boardroom, and two business lounges, the centre provides a unique and exciting working environment that suits the needs of small and large businesses alike.

Reviewing its first year of operations, Quesnel said, “It’s been a great year for Regus. With our client base growing month on month, we have had quite a diverse mix of customers utilising our services. Our solutions have fit the needs of technology and software companies, media groups, lawyers, bankers, energy companies and independent consultants. Whether it’s a one or two person start-up or a larger requirement for an established business, we find the workspace solution to match our client’s needs.”

Explaining some of the different solutions, Quesnel stated, “We have even had clients take swing space for a month, while their office was being renovated. Short-term project space has also been utilised, providing clients with a functional and productive environment to get the job done. Companies have moved from their existing traditional office spaces into our flexible workspaces, for reasons such as, all-inclusive pricing, convenient location, 24/7 security and the ability to tap into the Regus Community and Network. With most of our clients signing up for 12 months or more, a strong local community is building where networking and referrals have become second nature."

Quesnel added, "Our ultra-modern facility is proving to be a great solution for companies looking to grow and flourish. We take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the businesses that have used our services in the last year and look forward to serving you in the months and years to come. With our special anniversary offer, we are now looking forward to welcoming new clients and expanding our Regus community even more."

Managing Director of the Regus franchise in the Caribbean, Mark Linehan, stated, "We are very happy with the progress made in the first year in Trinidad & Tobago and are excited about the prospect of growing our client base further in 2018. Soon we will open our third centre in the Caribbean in New Kingston, Jamaica, adding to our two existing Caribbean centres here in Invader’s Bay, Trinidad and Welches, Barbados. With our growing network of centres, it will make it easier for businesses to connect and grow in the region. Our clients here in Trinidad will have the benefit of not only utilising our services when they travel in the region but they can access any one of Regus’ 3000 business centres right across the globe."
