Rihanna schools 'em at 2017 Paris Fashion Week
Rihanna launched her newest FentyXPuma fashion line this evening at Paris Fashion Week with a theme that took audiences back to school.
Audiences were told they were heading to detention, so it was only fitting that 'bad gal Ri Ri' presented a fashion line with a rebellious flair.
Staged at the French National Library, models strutted on top of four rows of long study tables with reading lamps showcasing oversized coats, hooded capes, hoodies, jumpers, crop tops shorts, baggy trousers, pleated skirts and catsuits in plaids and solids ranging from vibrant neons to black.
Staying true to the college theme, varsity letters were a frequent detail and boots, both thigh-high and rugged, were the footwear of choice.
Rihanna herself came out at the end of the show in an oversized neon green coat over a black and white ensemble.
"It's a lot of simple things and then a lot of complicated, more exaggerated pieces that combine really well together - and that's one of my favourite things to do," said Rihanna ahead of the show.
"I've never been in love with a collection more than this one."
Her brothers Rorrey and Rajad, as well as mother Monica Brathwaite and aunt Marcel were in the audience showing their support.
Rihanna launched her debut line for Fenty X Puma last February at New York Fashion Week.
