Updated: All Scotiabank ATMs now dispensing $100 polymer notes

All of Scotiabank's 111 ATMs throughout Trinidad and Tobago are now dispensing the $100 polymer note.

That's according to a statement issued by the institution on Friday.

This means customers can access the bill at its 76 Scotiabank branch ATMs and 35 non-branch locations.

Members of the public are reminded of the following adjusted hours to help facilitate the deposit/exchange process:

December 21, 2019, and December 28, 2019: 9 am - 12 pm (all branches). Sales Centres will be closed.

Mondays - Thursdays: 8 am - 3 pm (non-mall branches); 10 am -5 pm (mall branches).

Fridays: 8 am-  5 pm (non-mall branches); 10 am - 5 pm (mall branches)

Closed on December 25, 2019, and December 26, 2019, as these are public holidays.

Christmas Eve: 8 am - 1 pm (non-mall branches); 10 am - 3 pm (mall branches)

New Year’s Eve: 8 am - 3 pm (non-mall branches); 10 am - 3 pm (mall branches)

On Wednesday, Scotiabank announced that the public can now access $100 polymer notes at Scotiabank Branch ATMs.

In a statement, the bank thanked customers for their patience and understanding while it worked on configuring the machines to enable them to dispense the new notes.

ATM branch locations where the new $100 polymer can be accessed:

  • Arima
  • Chaguanas
  • Cipero and Rushworth Streets, San Fernando
  • Cunupia
  • Couva
  • Diego Martin
  • Lowlands, Tobago
  • Marabella
  • Maraval
  • Park and Pembroke Streets, Port of Spain
  • Penal
  • Price Plaza
  • Princes Town
  • Port of Spain (Independence Square)
  • Rio Claro
  • San Fernando (High Street)
  • San Juan
  • Sangre Grande
  • Scarborough (Tobago)
  • Scotia Centre
  • Siparia
  • Trincity
  • Tunapuna

Scotiabank indicated that offsite (non-branch) ATMs will also dispense the new $100 polymer soon. They advised customers to check the website: http://www.tt.scotiabank.com for this and other official updates.

Scotiabank branches also have extended banking hours until Tuesday 31 December 2019.
