Banker Robert Le Hunte will again be sworn-in as Minister of Public Utilities.
The ceremony is expected to take place at the Office of the President, St Ann's at 7.30 pm.
Le Hunte was sworn in as a Senator and Minister a week ago, but the appointment was revoked as it was discovered that he had Ghanaian citizenship.
Under Section 42 (1) of the Constitution Le Hunte was disqualified from being appointed to the position, as "a person shall be qualified to be appointed as a Senator if, and shall not be qualified to be so appointed unless, he is a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago of the age of 25 or over."
Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley indicated that a communications glitch had led to the error, but Le Hunte would be re-appointed a Senator and Minister once he revoked his Ghanaian citizenship.
